With support from the French Embassy in Rwanda through its TINYUKA OSE 2024 program, AVP is implementing a project to enhance the capacities of women and girls to stand up against gender-based violence (GBV) in Nyamasheke District.
As part of this project, 100 victims, particularly teenage mothers, will be empowered and supported to improve their lives through small, profitable projects.

Le secteur administratif de Kagano du district de Nyamasheke, ouest, illustre une réelle réconciliation entre les victimes du génocide contre les Tutsi et leurs bourreaux respectifs. perpetrators on the 2nd and 3rd levels who resorted to plea and
confession) oImplemented in 27 sectors of 7 districts including Bugesera
in East, Kamonyi, Nyanza, Nyaruguru and Nyamagabe in South; Karongi and
Rutsiro in West.
